TEHRAN (IRNA) - Judiciary spokesman Ali-Reza Jamshidi said on Tuesday that there is no suspect by the name of Robert Levinson in Iranian prisons.

Jamshidi made the remarks in response to a question about Levinson who the U.S. democrat Bill Nelson has claimed is imprisoned in Iran.
Asked about a “soft overthrow” project against the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Judiciary spokesman said the case is under study.
About the Shiraz terrorist bombing on April 12, 2008, Jamshidi said that warrants have been issued for three men suspected of being involved in a mosque explosion in Shiraz, capital city of the southern province of Fars.
He added the case of the accused, who were financially supported by certain countries including the U.S., is being examined at the court of appeal in the province.
